1998 will be the fourth edition of this Oregon vs. Washington high school basketball all-star event. The best boys and girls from each state get together for one last showdown on the high school level. The University of Portland's Chiles Center will host the two games Sunday, June 21st with the girls teams scheduled to tip at 5:30 pm and the boys teams to follow.
