To the Portland Chiles Center The Northwest Shootout is held at the Chiles Center on the University of Portland campus. From Portland, take I-5 north toward Vancouver. Take the Portland Blvd. exit and turn LEFT (west). Travel along Portland Blvd to its end. Take a right onto Willamette Blvd. and follow it to the University of Portland. The Chiles Center is the dome building, on the cornor of Willamette & Portsmith, at the end of campus.
