Flutie's career at Chestnut Hill saw hime become the all-time total offensive leader in the game, surpassing the record of BYU's Jim McMahon. At a mere 5'9" and 174 pounds, Flutie also triumphed over all the early doubters who questioned whether he was big enough to play in the big leagues. In 1992, he was named the MVP of the Grey Cup and led his team to the Western Division finals in 1993. Doug was named the CFL's Most Outstanding Player of the Year in 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994 and 1996. In 1996, he led his team to the Grey Cup Championship and was named MVP of the Grey cup. Doug worked as a color analyst for CBS for the 1994 SunBowl. He currently plays for the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League and is the marquee player of the league.
