Bio: After HS, Dick attended Oregon State University, playing basketball on the OSU team his freshman year. In 1972, his dad, who was Irrigation Manager in Hood River, was killed in a work related accident, which was a major setback to Dick. He finally graduated in 1973, obtaining his BSEE degree with a Computer option. He married Patti Rose, also an OSU grad, and settled in Silicon Valley. Dick and Patti moved Frankfurt, Germany in 1976 and enjoyed travling and photography until 1980, returning to the Bay Area. Dick and Patti had a son, Jason, in 1981, and a daughter, Becky, in 1982. They moved to Tigard, Oregon to raise their family.
Since 1990, Dick has appeared as an "extra" in many feature films, commercials, and printads. He also runs a small business doing video production and website development.
